Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Our client is a successful manufacturing company who work closely with their clients from initial concept through to product installation, service and maintenance, ensuring all customers receive a bespoke service and product with a strong focus on quality.

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an additional Technical Support Engineer to join them at their Dungannon. You will provide technical support to international partners and branches, also supporting technical enquiries within the aftersales team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Support to the aftersales team regarding customer enquiries
• Provide Technical support and training to international dealers
• Assist in supporting the Field Engineers
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Assist company international branches with technical support/ fault finding, project plan repair jobs, documentation changes, method statements, job quotations

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings including electrical & hydraulic schematics
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Valid Passport and driving licence
• IT competent & literate
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel as required

Salary is up to £35k depending upon experience.
