Job Description

Based in Co Antrim, our client is currently seeking a Quality Assistant to join their existing quality team.

This is a full time permanent role and an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quality professional to further their career within a busy, well established team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and carry out product testing
• Liaise with factory manager, team leaders and operators
• Drive quality ensuring that systems, procedures, and policies are adhered to whilst striving for continuous improvement.
• Preparing documentation and records of all tests and checks carried out and ensure these are up to date.

Criteria:

• Previous quality experience within a factory environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills, in particular MS Office

The successful Quality Assistant will have the option of working work day shift Monday - Friday, or 12 hour day shifts and a shorter week.

Basic hourly rate is £13.11, plus shift allowance for the 12 hour shift.
