Property Paralegal / Assistant, Belfast.

Our client, a well-known local Prestigious law firm based in Belfast City Centre has a permanent vacancy for a Conveyancing Paralegal to perform the daily duties of a Paralegal. To assist and liaise with the Partners, Solicitors and other staff members.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing assistance and support to the Partner on all property matters;
2. Attending with counsel at court hearings when required;
3. Preparing documentation for court;
4. Reviewing documentation and preparing summaries of relevant content;
5. Drafting letters (under partner/solicitor supervision);
6. Filing/photocopying;
7. Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Partners

Experience using Land Web would be an advantage.

The position is full-time, Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
