Job Description

Our client is growing local engineering company based in Mallusk. They are now seeking to recruit an additional Project Manager with a background in M&E Services or BMS Controls.

The majority of projects are based in N. Ireland however the successful Project Manager may be required to travel to and from sites throughout the UK and Ireland on occasion. You will manage several diverse and live projects at any one time with ongoing communication with direct customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from sales handover, CAD design, panel build, electrical install, commissioning and agreement of final account.
• Liaise with in-house design & build teams and our commissioning dept. to ensure the timely and successful completion of jobs
• Responsible for the successful completion of your projects including monthly invoicing.

Criteria:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role from within the BMS / M&E or similar sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction.
• Commercially astute with the ability to value engineer jobs and manage commercial risk
• A full and clean driving licence.

Salary is in the region of £28-33k depending upon experience plus benefits including healthcare and bonus.
