Litigation (Motor) Solicitor

Job Description

Litigation Solicitor, Belfast. 0-2 years PQE.

Our client is a busy, succesful law firm based in Belfast City Centre. They currently have a vacancy within their plaintiff Litigation team whom provide expert and practical advice over a range of areas.

The team now seeks a newly qualified Solicitor or Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE to work on a mixture of motor and EL/PL claimant cases, the majority being motor.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a NQ Solicitor or Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE with previous litigation experience;
• Exhibit excellence in analysing cases in detail and effectively resolving complex claims, to include seeking guidance where appropriate;
• Be IT literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Be Commercially and financially astute.
• Be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues within the team's reporting and supervisory structure.
• Be team-oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge wand support other members of the team.
