Key Account Manager

Job Description

Our manufacturing client based near Lisburn is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join their team.

The successful Key Account Manager will coordinate all aspects of the product cycle from developing customer orders, forecasting demand, agreeing internal capacity and scheduling transportation.

The role:

• Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers, negotiating with them to find mutually agreeable solutions.
• Provide regular updates on all customer orders and forecasts.
• Support scheduling with regular forecasts of sales to ensure on time deliveries.
• Preparation and delivery of monthly reports as required to the sales team and senior management.
• Highlight and resolve potential problems.
• Provide timely customs paperwork that complies with all standards and requirements.

Criteria

• Third level education with 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong problem solver
• Ability to plan and prioritise.
• Proficient in Excel and experience using ERP / MRP systems.

Salary up to £40k is on offer depending upon experience plus bonus and pension.
