Quality Coordinator

Job Description

Based in Co Antrim, our client is a busy and growing engineering company who supply a range of innovative products to the construction sector. They are now seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the team.

The Successful candidate will evaluate HSEQ systems, process policies, practices, and procedures to assist management in driving HSEQ forward and creating a safe working environment.

The successful Quality Coordinator will require excellent communication skills as you will effectively communicate Quality, Environmental and Health & safety information gathered to all levels of management within the business.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the company follows compliance requirements for ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.

· Work towards improving processes, generate reports and document QA, Environmental & H&S systems.

· Monitor and develop the inspection processes.

· Contribute to quality assurance policies and write procedures.

· Take information gathered from NCR spreadsheet and using route cause analysis ensure issues are rectified.

· Preparation of paperwork for ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 audits

· Work with Line managers to create and update SOPs

Criteria:

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.

·Good listening and communication skills

· Team player

· Logical and analytical thinking ability

· Good understanding of MS Office (word, excel, power point)

This role offers a salary in the region of £30k depending upon experience. Benefits include company bonus scheme and an early finish on a Friday!
