Commercial Property Solicitor, Belfast, 1-7 years PQE.

Our client is a top commercial law firm based in Belfast City Centre. They currently wish to recruit a Commercial Property Associate to join their busy & expanding team.

Work will include landlord and tenant matters, rent review, licenses and surrender of leases for single and multi-let premises, acquisitions, disposals and letting of all types of commercial property.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial property experience as well as an ambition of building new client relationships.
