Commercial Property Solicitor, Belfast City Centre, 2-4 yrs + PQE.An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a Successful and Established Property Team within a top commercial law firm.

You will become an integral part of a highly successful and well-established commercial property team, known for its excellence in the field. Our client offers an inclusive and collaborative work environment where teamwork is encouraged.

You will have the opportunity of working with top-quality commercial clients. This role will expose you to a diverse range of cases, providing you with valuable experience and the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting leases.

Assisting in site development projects.

Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant issues.

Managing the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.

Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualified Solicitor 2-4 years+ PQE.

Demonstrable experience in commercial property law.Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle a diverse workload.
