Job Description

Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Belfast.Our client is a top Commercial law firm based in Belfast City Centre.They wish to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join with 2-5 years + PQE.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor located in Belfast. The successful candidate will handle a variety of cases, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and professional negligence claims to name but a few. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, liaising with clients, representing clients in court, and supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
• 2-5 years PQE
• Prior experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills
• An understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations
• Experience in property litigation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
