Energis is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a centralised HR project within a group of companies who have headquarters near Belfast. The role involves the development and implementation of the HR solution (based on SAP Success Factors) with a significant element of business process change management.
The candidate should have a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide projects including multiple business and technology streams and third-party vendor management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong background in HR related project delivery and management of the business changes necessary for successful delivery.
Salary is up to £80k depending upon previous experience. The client will consider applications on the basis of a 12month contract OR a permanent position.
Candidates can either be based at the office in Belfast, or there is also an option of hybrid / working from home.
