Production Supervisor

Job Description

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in Co Antrim who now have a new opening for a Production Supervisor.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who wish to further their career in Production Supervision in a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will join a team of results driven, enthusiastic individuals, and should have supervisory experience gained within manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee shop floor operations to ensure the business is operating to agreed standards and procedures.
• Manage and develop the team to ensure continuous adherence to production and efficiency targets
• Responsible for promoting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• Report KPI information
• Maintaining quality and health and safety standards.

Criteria:

• Proven supervisory experience in a production environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous experience of continuous improvement is highly desirable

Salary in the region of £35 – 38k.
