Job Description

Litigation Legal Secretary, Lisburn.

Busy, growing law firm wish to recruit a litigation secretary for their sub office in Lisburn.

Main Duties are as follows:

• Audio typing of legal documents
• Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her fee earner if requested.
• To provide support to other secretaries and fee earners when required.
• Dealing with clients directly and in-directly.

The suitable candidate will have the following:

• Experience in handling high volume Litigation work
• Excellent audio and PA skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a comfortable and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.
