Our client is a large commercial firm based in Belfast City Centre. They are one of Belfast most prestigious law firms with a superb reputation.
To prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and wordprocessing efficiently to the standards required.
To ensure filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, is kept up to date and in accordance with the Firms quality procedures.
The suitable candidate will have excellent audio typing skills as well as a professional manner. Ideally you will have at least three years legal secretarial experience coming from a Litigation background. Excel experience is preferable as is dealing with Insurance Companies.
