Preparation of Court documents and briefs to Counsel. Excellent telephone manner and ability especially to liase with witnesses, experts and clients. Experience of defence litigation and experience in dealing with catastrophic litigation is desirable. Criteria:
They currently wish to recruit a senior secretary with the following essential criteria: Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills, Digital dictation experience, Microsoft word/excel/powerpoint etc experience. The suitable candidate will be a self starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team producing work for more than one designated individual. Independently preparing databases, updating same and preparing reports to deadlines. Control of Microsoft Outlook diary system. Control of e.mail and document transfer often with considerable volume.
